How to Use
Shake bottle vigorously for 5 seconds. Saturate a cotton pad with the combined liquid. Hold against closed eye for 10 to 15 seconds to dissolve mascara. Sweep away gently from inner to outer corner. For lip, saturate the pad, press onto lips for 10 seconds, wipe clean. Follow with normal PM cleansing.

Do I still need to double cleanse after?
