Mobile Messaging Terms of Service

1. Overview

The Mirai Skin mobile messaging program (the "Program") lets you receive recurring marketing and transactional messages from Mirai Skin by SMS/MMS text message and by WhatsApp. By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Consent

When you provide your mobile number and opt in (through a signup form, at checkout, by texting a keyword, or by messaging us on WhatsApp), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages such as promotions, product launches, restock alerts, cart reminders, and order updates. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your interaction with us.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to SMS/MMS messages. WhatsApp messages are delivered over your internet connection, and your carrier's data charges may apply. Mirai Skin does not charge you for the messages themselves.

5. Opting Out

SMS/MMS: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message.

WhatsApp: reply STOP to unsubscribe, or use the block or mute options within WhatsApp.

After you opt out you will no longer receive marketing messages. You may still receive transactional messages related to your orders.

7. Delivery and Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier or by WhatsApp and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, for the mobile number you provide.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a revised effective date.
